Ink2Score was shaped as an AI product around a real songwriting workflow: I wanted the shortest path from a rough handwritten idea on a staff to notation that could be played back, edited, and moved into a DAW. The project let me explore product tradeoffs as much as model behavior, including interface scope, notation ergonomics, feedback speed, and whether the output felt usable enough to stay inside a creative flow.

Started from a creator workflow problem: downloading reference audio and separating stems usually meant stitching together several fragile tools. I turned that into a single open-source product with clearer setup, resilient configuration and retry paths, and a release flow that made the tool easier to install and adopt.
Research project on how language models can plan embodied tasks under real-world constraints, with an emphasis on problem framing, structured environment representation, and evaluation signals that made model behavior interpretable enough to guide product-facing decisions.
Team project exploring an AI developer-assistance workflow: translate code into readable pseudocode, compare architecture choices, and build an evaluation framework that balanced technical quality with usefulness to end users.
